General Use  

  • Healthion is a digital healthcare and wellness platform connecting patients, doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, hospitals, and wellness partners. 

  • Users must create an account to access platform features including consultations, appointments, AI wellness screening, medical record storage, and wallet services. 

  • Personal Info and sensitive information we are taking from Doctors and Patients. 

  • Users agree to provide accurate, valid, and updated personal, medical, and verification details.  

Eligibility  

  • User Must be 16 Year or older to create an Account and use healthion service independently. 

  • Doctors and partners must complete KYP/KYD verification before service activation. 

  • Users must not impersonate another person or professional identity. 

  • User must register with genuine, Accurate, and updated personal and medical information.  

Payments & Wallet Policy   

  • Supports UPI, debit/credit cards, and in-app wallet payments. 

  • Wallet transfers require PIN + OTP authentication for security. 

  • Refunds follow doctor/partner cancellation/refund policies. 

  • Consultation fees once paid may not be refundable in certain cases (doctor-dependent).  

Cancellation & Rescheduling 

  • Both users and doctors may reschedule or cancel appointments. 

  • Applicable cancellation fees depend on the respective doctor/clinic rules.  

Account Security  

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. 

  • Healthion may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in case of: 

  • Fraudulent/misleading information 

  • Misuse of services 

  • Violation of platform terms, rules, or laws  

Platform Services  

  • Appointment booking (online, in-clinic & home visit, Lab test) 

  • Video, audio, and chat consultation 

  • E-prescription & lab recommendations 

  • Wallet & wallet-to-wallet payments within the platform 

Content & Intellectual Property  

  • All software, UI/UX, branding, platform design, AI models, and content belong to Healthion. 

  • Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited.  

Prohibited Activities 

  • Impersonating a doctor, clinic, or patient 

  • Uploading forged certificates, fake reports, or misleading medical information 

  • Abusive behavior with doctors, patients, partners, or support teams 

  • Attempting to breach or manipulate the payment/wallet system 

  • Spamming or commercial promotion without approval  

Limitation of Liability  

  • Healthion provides a digital platform, not medical treatment. 

  • All medical advice, prescriptions, decisions, and diagnoses are the responsibility of the consulting doctor. 

  • Healthion is not liable for clinical outcomes, doctor behavior, missed appointments, or treatment results. 

  • AI face screening provides wellness indicators only and must not be treated as a substitute for diagnosis or emergency care.  

Service Availability  

Platform strives for uninterrupted access but may face downtime due to: 

  • Maintenance/updates 

  • Network issues 

  • Third-party service interruptions (e.g., payment, SMS) 

  • In Person Emergency care  

  • Geographic location eligibility. 

Third-Party Services  

  • Labs, pharmacies, hospitals, and diagnostic partners are independent service providers. 

  • Prices, timelines, and service quality are controlled by them—not Healthion.  

Termination of Services  

Healthion reserves the right to terminate or restrict access for: 

  • Violation of laws 

  • Misuse of the platform 

  • Threat to platform security or user safety  

Amendment of Terms: -  

Healthion may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and also The Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
